A Splash and Dash is a fun and fast-growing sport that combines running and swimming. The run takes place on the trail at JCC, and the swim is in the outdoor pool. USA Triathlon’s Splash & Dash Youth Aquathlon Series will feature a swim/run combination. The series will expose youth participants to USA Triathlon and the exciting world of multisport! USA Triathlon is providing free annual youth memberships and finisher medals. The focus is on participation rather than competition.

Participants/parents will need a free annual membership from the USA Triathlon website. USA Triathlon and Race Omaha will provide free Annual Youth Memberships in 2023 if you still need a youth membership. Please go to https://www.teamusa.org/usa-triathlon and click on Join/Renew. Use Code OmahaYouth for a free annual youth membership. Once submitted, you will be issued a membership number that must be entered during registration for one of Race Omaha’s youth events and events with high school ages 15 to 18.
