Race Omaha and Methodist Women’s Hospital are excited to provide four speakers to discuss triathlon training tips for women. Come to this open-house style meeting to hear about proper form for biking and running, as well as the nutritional and mental aspects of triathlon training.

The Bernard Room

The Bernard Room is located on the second floor of the MOB in Methodist Women’s Hospital at 192nd and Dodge St.

Speakers Include:

Caryn Kusleika, RDN, LMNT

Caryn is a local triathlete who plans to compete in the Ironman Boulder. As an expert in nutrition, she’ll be discussing proper race day nutrition for female athletes.

Alan Kohll, Founder of Race Omaha

Alan is a certified USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach. As an experienced triathlete and coach, he’ll be demonstrating optimal transition techniques, as well as discussing training advice and equipment for running and swimming.

Brad Hildebrandt

Brad is a local endurance coach. As an expert in endurance training, he’ll be discussing proper body positioning on a bike, as well as training advice and equipment for biking and overall training.

Becky Squiers

Becky has been an athlete in a variety of facets throughout her life. She’ll be discussing the mental side of training for any sport, as well as tips to become a mentally tough female athlete.
